2. User Access
We offer two levels of access:
Free Access: Limited access to initial Daily Fix content and selected features for up to 10 days.Paid Subscription: Full access to The ADHD Executive program, including Daily Fixes, MicroChallenges, reflection tools, note-taking, and habit-building features. Paid users also gain access to ongoing new content and premium functionality.3. Payments
The ADHD Executive program is offered as a subscription. You may choose between monthly or annual billing options, as displayed within the app.
All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Subscriptions are tied to your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored on other devices that use the same account.Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.Refunds and payment disputes are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies and applicable consumer law.4. Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, abusive, or disruptive. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you’ve violated these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and tools within the app and website are the intellectual property of The ADHD Executive unless otherwise credited. You may not reuse or redistribute content without permission.
6. Liability
We provide our app “as is.” We do not guarantee results, and we are not responsible for any damages, productivity loss, or unintended outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law

8. AI-Generated Content
Some features within the app are powered by ChatGPT, a language model developed by OpenAI. This AI generates content based on user inputs.
The responses provided by ChatGPT are for informational and productivity-support purposes only and should not be considered professional, medical, or psychological advice.You agree to use AI-generated suggestions at your own discretion. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or usefulness of these outputs.9.Cancellations and Refunds
As this is a fixed 12-week program, access is provided in full at the time of purchase.
We generally do not provide refunds once the program has been accessed, except where required by applicable consumer law (e.g., Australian Consumer Law, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or relevant U.S. state laws).

While we do not send your name, email, or other directly identifying information, the content you enter may include personal information if you choose to share it.We use this technology solely to improve your experience and support your productivity journey.
